A Message to the Fordham Basketball Players
October 28, 2011Hey Fordham basketball fans! It’s Donnie Dwyer asking you all to watch this video and send it to anyone you know so we can start a trend this year in Fordham basketball. Let’s make our team have an identity of their own as they pave their way to the Atlantic 10 tournament….
Fordham’s Freshman Guard Jeffrey Short out for first 5 games with knee injury
October 25, 2011smh i have some bad news .. this FRIDAY im getting surgery on my RIGHT KNEE so i will be sitting out for 4 to 5 games. so i will not be playing in that syracuse game.. i will be out for a month.. im stress feel like crying word
…This is bad news for the Rams as Short will be a huge help in the scoring department this season. He could have potentially been a starter or key reserve behind Alberto Estwick. Now he will need to get stronger and better for games against St. John’s and company. I hope he doesn’t turn out like Lance Brown who hurt himself too before playing in a Rams uniform. I wish this kid the best of luck in his recovery and hope he gets healthy soon. Fordham needs scorers now…

…This is an awesome photo because it is of two Donald’s in the same picture. The funny part about me posting this on my blog is that my name is Donald and I also have a picture with Donald Duck. I also notice some similarities between the two in this picture. They are both really classy and they have big smiles. But in the end, to win that tournament after being 5 shots down is very impressive. I don’t care if your name is Donald or not, that’s winning at the highest level…
A look into Fordham Basketball’s 2011-2012 jersey
October 13, 2011…These jerseys are different from last year and I don’t know how to react to these. They are very plain and simple. The stripes on the side of the shorts are pretty cool but I don’t like how small and bland the front of the jersey is with Fordham and the number. As you can see from Chris Gaston’s back, the number is a little bigger on the back which is nice but you can’t see the name. Also, notice the new sneakers. They are totally old-school which I love but I don’t know how effective those will be than the ones they had last year or other styles. Does that make a difference? I don’t know but they are pretty kicking. Other than that, this picture is sweet and I really think that it doesn’t matter what their jerseys look like. As long as they win and make it to the Atlantic 10 tournament, they could wear the ugliest jerseys ever like Maryland football…
